Your time matters. Your effort matters. You matter.
Join our quickly growing team and be a part of something great that is meaningful and rewarding.
The Next Street is a company that believes in investing in our staff. We do this with wages that are 50% higher than the industry average, health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match program, paid vacations, paid holidays and much more. We also invest in staff development with promotion tracks and learning programs to help you achieve new heights in your career. We are firm believers in promoting from within and always look at our current employees before hiring outside of our company. Our culture is important, and it is what we eat, sleep and breathe. We require all of our staff to believe in our 3 core values: be kind, be positive, be curious.
We believe in diversity and inclusion for all people and continue to look for opportunities to advance this belief. Working with The Next Street is an opportunity to be surrounded by like-minded peers that all want to help each other become the best versions of ourselves. This culture makes your work more than a timecard punch and a paycheck (though we promise we understand how much the paycheck matters).
Year after year, we win awards for Happiest Company and Best Company to Work For. While we are proud of these wins, we couldn’t do it without the hard work of all of our team. While we all work hard, we also promote a strong work-life balance, including paid time off, Employee Resource Groups and fun activities. We believe that helping our staff achieve new personal and professional heights will help our organization achieve new heights.
We think that our best investment is in our team, so we pay more than the average bear. Our instructors make over 50% more than the industry average on day 1 and have opportunities to grow their earnings as they grow their abilities. We feel that pay increases should be based on merit and accomplishments- not just how long you’ve worked here.
The company contributes 75% to the employee's health, dental and vision insurance costs. In addition, we have both Short- and Long-term Disability options available as well. We realize the stress that comes with healthcare bills and want to make sure that our program is affordable and covers what our staff needs. We also have fringe benefits such as gym membership reimbursements, tele-health access and supplemental insurance programs.
The Next Street matches 100% of the participating employee’s contributions up to 3% of their compensation, and 50% of their contributions between 3% and 5% of their compensation. Beyond just offering a 401k program, we offer financial literacy training to help employees understand how to save and plan for your chapters that come next.
We have paid holidays for New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. We also offer paid days off for community service and family needs. Additionally, employees earn and accrue flex time off to use for whatever their needs may be. We're also known to throw in a day off here and there when we can tell the staff can use it.

Driving Instructor
After being a stay at home mom for many years, Criselda decided to try a new venture- she's now one of our amazing driving instructors who finds peace in yoga, gardening, & running. Her radiant and calm personality makes you feel instantly comfortable!
Criselda finds a lot of things to love at The Next Street, but working with students and watching them achieve more independence is at the top of the list. The opportunity to work interdepartmentally and learn from peers is a close second!
Driving Instructor
Keith Rezsoly is a natural teacher, and has mentored, coached, and taught in different careers leading up to working at The Next Street. Though they have been in different fields, they all have one thing in common: teaching and creating improvements in others.
When he's not teaching students how to drive, Keith can be found gaming or building high tech desktops for friends. He also continues the teaching trend and often teaches family and friends how to golf, or is out golfing himself (in a kilt, every time).

Garrett Waldron loves solving problems, but more importantly, preventing problems, which makes him a perfect fit as our Regional Developer in Massachusetts. Garrett believes a little effort behind the scenes can go a long way toward keeping things running smoothly for customers and teammates alike and that we have a great crew here, always willing to collaborate with the best interests of the students as well as the organization in mind.
