Great Wages

We think that our best investment is in our team, so we pay more than the average bear. Our instructors make over 50% more than the industry average on day 1 and have opportunities to grow their earnings as they grow their abilities.  We feel that pay increases should be based on merit and accomplishments- not just how long you’ve worked here. Our employees are paid on a weekly basis.


401(k) Program

The Next Street matches 100% of the participating employee’s contributions up to 3% of their compensation, and 50% of their contributions between 3% and 5% of their compensation. You become eligible after having worked for us for 6 months.

Insurance Program

The company contributes 75% to the employee's health, dental and vision insurance costs. In addition, we have both Short- and Long-term Disability options available as well.

We offer a high-deductible medical plan through United Healthcare, as well as dental and vision programs. For employees, if you take part in our benefits, the cost is less than $50 per week. In order to qualify for insurance benefits, you need to be a full-time employee and work for us for at least 60 days, plus to the first day of the next month to qualify. Once you reach that milestone, you are eligible to participate in our plans if you choose to.

We also have fringe benefits such as an Employee Assistance Program, fitness incentives (Motion Program, Peloton Digital Membership, Apple Fitness+), and mental health support programs through Calmerry. In addition, we offer both Short- and Long-Term Disability benefits through Colonial Life. These would be at an additional low cost to you.

Paid Time Off

We have paid holidays for New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. We also offer paid days off for community service and family needs. Additionally, employees earn and accrue flex time off to use for whatever their needs may be. We're also known to throw in a day off here and there when we can tell the staff can use it. 

You become eligible for these paid holidays after having worked for us for 6 months. In addition, on day one, you begin accruing time off. You are eligible to begin using your accrued time after you have been with us for 6 months. For your first 2 years, you can accrue up to 40 hours per year. After you have been with us for 2 years, that goes up to 80 hours, and then again at 5 years to 120 hours.
